Vision Statement:

To be recognized as the Merrimack Vally leader in helping entrepreneurs         and small businessses create jobs and wealth.

 

Mission Statement:

To assist ethnically and economically diverse individuals in creating sustaining, and expanding small businesses and entrepreneurial ventures.

 

The Lowell Small Business Assistance Center was founded in 1998 by a partnership of Community Teamwork, Inc., Middlesex Community College, and the Enterprise Community.  Its mission was and is:
