THe Center is collaborating with the City of Lowell's new program, Best Retail Practices.  This program is for small retailers, restaurants, and storefront service businesses located in Lowell.  This is an opportunity to work with an experienced marketing consultant on ways to brand your business and use techniques to attract more customers.

This program runs 2 to 3 times per year. 

	This is a three-part program beginning with a two-hour workshop and presentation using visual examples of best retail practices.
	Following the workshop, attendees may apply to be one of six participating businesses for in-store consultation which includes a store assessment and a written report with recommendations for improvements.
	The third part is an 80% matching grant of up to $2,500 for businesses that commit to making improvements as identified in the report.
